Travelling in Prague

To get to the conference hotel (Hilton) from the airport you can get easily. Just use the ticket for public transport you could get at the CZ.NIC booth at previous IETF meeting in Beijing. Don't have your ticket? No problem. There are info centres at both arriving halls where you can buy your ticket. You can also buy your ticket at ticket vending machines, but you will need czech coins for that. It is possible to buy tickets for public transport in some tabacconists too. So, now you certainly have your ticket. There are two ways hot to get to the hotel:

1.
— take bus nr. 100 to the metro station "Zličín" (final station of the yellow line)
— change to metro
— your final destination is "Florenc"

2.
— take bus nr. 119 to the metro station "Dejvická" (final station of the green line)
— change to metro
— at "Můstek" station change the line to the yellow one
— your final destination is also "Florenc"

Don't forget to mark your ticket in special yellow marking machine that is installed in every bus (The same system works in trams. You have to mark your ticket before you enter underground station.)  When you use the ticket at value 26 CZK, it is valid for 75 minutes (Once the ticket is market you are free to can change the way of transport.
