How to Use the Internet series to introduce new episodes

The main public broadcaster will bring the first new episode to viewers already at the end of this week — Czech Television will broadcast topics devoted to open source, Internet cooking, development and architecture of computers and caution needed towards your Internet service provider.

By the end of the year, the CZ.NIC Association, the administrator of the Czech national domain, in cooperation with Czech Television, will introduce new episodes of the educational project How to Use the Internet. The main public broadcaster will bring the first new episode to viewers already at the end of this week — Czech Television will broadcast topics devoted to open source, Internet cooking, development and architecture of computers and caution needed towards your Internet service provider.

“The Internet is a part of everyday life for a growing part of Czech society; however a general knowledge of its functioning, possibilities of its use or safety risks is usually rather superficial and vague among ordinary users. The mission of our association, among others, is education in the area of domains and the Internet. The How to Use the Internet series proves to be a useful tool for basic education of the general public; that is why we decided to carry on with it by shooting new episodes,” says Ondřej Filip, CEO of CZ.NIC.

After the broadcast, all new episodes including the extending texts will become available on the website www.jaknainternet.cz.
