The event involved over 300 different organizations that received more than 4,000 task to solve from the headquarters.

“For several years, the National Security team CSIRT.CZ has served as a coordinator for the Czech Republic. We enable Czech CSIRT teams from both private and public sectors to try and solve a number of interesting technical and operational tasks. This year, the CSIRT.CZ team was joined by colleagues from the companies Seznam.cz, INTERNET CZ, ALEF NULA, the CESNET association, Masaryk University and the CERT team of the Czech Republic run by the government. Some tasks were especially challenging, but this made them more interesting to solve. We want to thank everyone for the excellent cooperation,” said Zuzana Duračinská, safety analyst of CZ.NIC, who was in charge of the Czech Republic’s participation in the Cyber Europe 2016 exercise.
