Czech TV will broadcast it every Monday at 3:35 PM on the D channel.
Yesterday, Czech TV broadcast on the D channel the first episode of the second season of the successful educational series Teach Your Aunt about the Internet. This program co-produced by CZ.NIC is a fun way to educate children aged 9 to 12 about the Internet, Internet technologies and online security. The second season will have 16 episodes and the Czech TV will broadcast it every Monday at 3:35 PM on the D channel.
The second season will welcome back the main characters Ondra the boy and his aunt, whom her nephew tries to introduce to the Internet world, its benefits and traps in an entertaining and casual way. The individual episodes will focus for example on the independence of the Internet, truths and lies on the Internet or YouTubing.
The project Teach Your Aunt about the Internet is not the only awareness-raising activity conducted in cooperation with the Czech TV. In the past, we presented the shows How to Use the Internet and Don’t Be Afraid of the Internet. Other educational activities of the CZ.NIC Association include, for example, publishing of specialized books in the CZ.NIC Publications series, operating the education center CZ.NIC Academy or organizing the Internet and Technology conferences.
