CZ.NIC would like to inform you that new Rules for registration of Domain Names in the .CZ domain will become effective as of Sunday 1 August 2004.
The rules also include Article 18 (Arbitration Tender), the provisions of which should contribute to faster settlements of disputes over CZ domain names. In relation to this, domain name holders are obligated to express their approval with the amended rules as of the moment of their registration, extension of the registration, or a change of a domain name holder.
Due to these changes, the processing of individual applications shall be modified both on the side of LRR, and on the side of other appointed registrars.
We believe that this will not cause any significant problems to domain name holders and that it will contribute to the creation of a more transparent environment of the CZ domain.
If you have any questions or anything is unclear to you, please do not hesitate to contact your appointed registrar.
