Change in the Rules of Registration, New Service, New Members

On 25 March 2004, the General Meeting of the CZ.NIC Association adopted an amendment to the Rules for registration of Domain Names in the .CZ domain, in force as of 1 August 2004.

* On 25 March 2004, the General Meeting of the CZ.NIC Association adopted an amendment to the Rules for registration of Domain Names in the .CZ domain, in force as of 1 August 2004. The main change concerns the granting of an approval of the valid wording of the Rules at the moment of a new registration, extension of a registration and changes in holders. Furthermore, this version of the Rules deals with the settlement of disputes concerning domain names through the Court of Arbitration at the Chamber of Economy and the Chamber of Agriculture of the Czech Republic.

* Effective as of 1 April 2004, the CZ.NIC Association is introducing a new service – Granting Access to the contents of the .CZ zone. This service is conditioned on the conclusion of an agreement and corresponding fees are charged (see the Pricelist).
