You can initiate a complaint through the retailer from whom the device was purchased. Or, if the router was sold directly by the manufacturer (CZ.NIC association), you can initiate the complaint process by sending a request to technical support by e-mail info@turris.cz . Technical support will find out the details of the case and recommend a solution, or request additional information and provide the address where the client should send the router.
